Telehealth
Medicare has recently amended the rules regarding Telehealth consultations so we are no longer offering fully bulk-billed Telehealth services.
We will continue to offer Telehealth appointments, however please note in some circumstances the doctor may ask you to come into the clinic.
Telehealth phone and video appointment fees will be in line with our standard face-to-face appointments. We will continue to bulk-bill Aged Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and children under 16 during standard business hours for phone appointments. You must have visited our clinic in the past 12 months in order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
All patients not eligible to be bulk-billed will be required to pay the full private fee on the day of a Telehealth appointment, just as they would for a face-to-face appointment.
